Submission Guideline

You are required to submit abstract via On-line Abstract Submission System.
Submit your abstract in both MS Word and PDF format.
Abstracts should be submitted within one page.
When you download the abstract template as below, you can see the format of abstracts in detail and check how to make abstracts appropriately.
Before the submission, please select your preferred type of your presentation (Oral or Poster).
In order to modify or replace the submitted abstract, please click "modify" button after login with your ID and PW by January 20 (Wed.), 2027.
The accepted type will be notified after review process accordingly.

Important Note

One of the authors per each accepted abstract need to register for the conference through the website to confirm their participation.

How to submit?

Select a scope to present your abstract.

STEP 3

Fill out author information.

STEP 4

Fill out abstract contents in the system and click the submit button.

STEP 5

After the paper submission, corresponding author(s) and presenter will receive the confirmation letter within a week by e-mail.

Notification of Authors

Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting (submitting) authors by March 10 (Wed.), 2027
If you have not received the notification, please send the email to the secretariat with your abstract information (secretariat@carbon2027.or.kr)
